Oculus Quenching Oil
Oculus Quenching Oil is blended with selected highly refined base oil & fully formulated additive system to support in rapid heat dissipation. The oil has the added advantage of producing steel component with minimal cracking and distortion behaviour. This may result into substantial savings to the heat treatment.
Applications
- Recommended where hardening of steel by controlling heat transfer is required.
- Suitable where undesirable thermal and transformational gradients are not required which may lead to increased distortion and cracking.
